Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products—and because many items are created as part of our IVF fundraiser—all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds at this time. Please double-check all product details, personalization, and sizing before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We are more than happy to make it right.

Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be handmade, prayed over, and carefully packaged. During launches or fundraising events, shipping times may be slightly extended. We promise it’s worth the wait.
